The policy of Radiocom, Inc. is to satisfy the expectations, necessities and requirements of the customers in reference to the quality and reliability of the products that the Company provides, within the predicted terms.
The intention is to consolidate like a company of international quality; and for it, the way of the continuous improvement was chosen, formalizing a Quality Management System.
The Direction is committed to communicate and to promote the present Policy, so that it be understood, applied and maintained in all the sectors of the Company.
The Direction is committed to destine the necessary resources so that by means of the joint action of all the members of the organization, they stay controlled the factors that affect directly or indirectly the quality of products, assuring the continuous improvement of the implemented system.
