New
messaging system for airports
Yesterday the Argentine Air Force it inaugurated a new Aeronautical Message Handling System, or AHMS, at the Ezeiza International Airport.
The event was headed by Air Force Chief Brigadier Eduardo Augusto Schiaffino, other air force top brass and representatives from the Defense Ministry.
The AMHS system is an innovative messaging system that links up all domestic airports as well as others in the region. The system provides information on flight schedules, weather information, flight plans, conditions at airports, among other information.
